Medication is purchased through the same pharmacy that organizes the shots. It is the only one in charge of carrying out any economic transaction related to the dispensing of the medication, and the pharmacy itself will be in charge of resolving any doubts in this regard. Therefore, IMA does not sell or intermediate in the sale of medicines. We will need the documentation of who will receive the service, and to know where we should take the organized medication. different methods of communication provided to you once the service has been contracted (either by phone, email, or WhatsApp).
At IMA we want your relationship with the pharmacist to be transparent and trustworthy.
Each pharmacy will inform you of their own means of communication; the most common being to call directly by phone, send text message or Whatsapp, or via email.
